Okay Ive decided on the 'Wood be Gone' method but decided to have a play at work thanks to joshwyatt i managed to get an identical replica of my dash.
Here are the dash's at the minute
wood be gone and BOOM! here is my dash now after a little plastic additive and ScotchBrite
(Aluminium with White Pearl flip - Same as Dash)

Im very pleased how its came out as in the right light it flips from Silver Aluminium to White Pearl so looks good. it also has a High Gloss Scratch resistent Clearcoat which makes it stand out that little bit more

But decided to carry on the trend on a TEST ITEM

Here is my Climate Control Panel as Standard as we all know

But decided to give it ago so i broke it down had to give it a good hard rub down with different varitations of ScotchBrite to remove the matt coating ontop of the plastic. Once i did this i Primered it with one of my companies products which flatens any pits, groves or inperfections Good stuff

and then My Ali and Pearl MIX as top coat then the Clearcoat to finish. NOW!! it looks like this

... Now it looks good granted but not brilliant I Reckon if i hadnt keyed the Primer after it dried it could of had a lovely smooth finish it looks good but close up you can tell ive gone HARDCORE on it

but in the two lines next to the Twist buttons/knobs and the two lines in the middle made it looked hurrendous but i scratch the silver out so its back down to the Black plastic which made it look 100X better
SO.. I decided to build it up anyways just to see what it looked like so follow me down lol
Here is the Black Screen back into place.
In with the Buttons!.. (
Now i Sourced this from joshwyatt as well and the buttons are worn amasing what a little black pen can do for the camera
But when i fit it ill fit the buttons and electrics from my original in the car.)

In with the Twist Knobs..

And now Finally fitted into the Sprayed dash

(
I need to spray the Cigerette Lighter section if anyone has one spare??? let me know)
