Can I go in Bus lanes, I've got hold of 5 new 5 series, and they've all got valid PCO licences, and there's nothing I'd like more than to use a bus lane  .

Public carriage office...basically minimal in London....there is a review on bus lanes in July as john griffin the boss of addison lee London's biggest has been at war with tel over it

Mini Cab..... I used to do that out of Cuffley, Herts, in the early 90's to earn some extra money, no registration and no licencing in those days............get Private Hire insurance, link up with a company, pay your radio rent and off you go......

all changed around 2003 i think...now the car has to be mot'd every 6 months and pco tested every 12 months..all drivers have to have a pco license costs em a couple of hundred a year..they've killed the game in favour of black cabs
