Almost certainly an exaggeration as the woman obviously wants to increase the funding for her organisation. Also by suggesting it is happening everywhere is an attempt to take the race issue out of the situation and to get Rochdale Police and social services off the hook.

Ferk the plebs who get the chance every 5 years to put a cross on a bit of paper, I'm here now to line my nest, with snouts firmly in the trough, along with their cronies, who will give them directorships, consultancy work and after dinner speaking opportunities, once the current trough is empty.
