Prickly heat help?

Anyone know of any cures or remedies? The other halfs daughter is in Tunisia just now and just sent a text saying she's got it bad today. Anyone help ?

best approach is doctors check.. can be serious.. :-\
 
must drink lots of water and mosturizing creams/gels must be applied on skin..

Dunno if what I had a few years ago was the same, but my skin itched like mad and areas looked like chicken skin.
May be over doing it with the sun lotion. The skin can't breath and perspiration gets trapped. Ease off the sun oil and cover up with loose clothing for a day or so should help. It did for me  :y

if you are burnt and the skin goes, you can easily get infection.. and for people who has diabetes thats quite dangerous..

anti-histamine.

Prickly heat is a histamine reaction, a couple of hay-fever treatments will completely cure this

( guess who's married to a pharmacist )

I didnt say , but also cortison based creams can be used.. but that must be given by a doctor..
