Might need to mod the suspension a bit, pot holes would make some sections very entertaining  ;D

Surely they cannot be serious ?  Formula one race down the A12 :o ::) ;D

In my younger days, we used to do exactly that at 4am on the way back from the Southend Cruise!   ;D

Do we recon the F1 boys would get tailgated by transits and sprinters, like the rest of use using the A12?  ::)

Oh, no, I can see what would happen.

[In finest Geordie accent]

It's Sunday 2.00pm and PCs Wayne and Sharon are parked up on a layby on the A12, finishing their chips in their EVO, when some numpty passes them in a barely road legal car at 190mph. To make matters worse, the car is obviously nicked - they haven't even bothered to put dodgy number plates on. So, no use checking with their ANPR! Wayne wastes no time in calling up a stinger unit further down the road...

Yeah, was the standard test track when anyone's car needed attention at university. Bounce it off the rev limiter up and down the A12. Those were the days. ;D

That S bend was the nuts....get that right and then you had a nice run down to the roundabout before the full attack mode on the A130 to the Army & Navy at Chelmsford - great days  :) :) Managed that S bend at 80 odd in an XR4i :y   Best race i ever had was in a MK2 SRi Cav against a 3.0 Mk2 Capri.......neck and neck all the way to Chelsmford ;D
