Snoring!!
« on: 25 June 2012, 08:58:27 »

Well, I have kept SWMBO awake all night by snoring like a pro.
She is knackered but I feel quite refreshed.  ::)  ;D ;)

Does any one else find it a problem? Not my snoring but your own  ::)

For the members that know Stu (was on here about 2 years ago) - my god... its like sleeping next to an old diesel gen set!

Used to dread trying to get some sleep when we went to car shows in the caravan!  ;D

I spend as many nights on the sofa as I do upstairs due to my snoring.

I've been asking for that laser op but no joy as yet.

did not get on with the nose clamps but i did get the mouth gaurd which is a rubber type thing that moulds to your teeth and you put it in your mouth and it makes you breath through your nose it works but you get a bit panicy as you cant breath through your mouth :o :o

there is a site that sells everything to do with sleeping dissorder sorry cant remeber its name yet :-[

Saw the Chest Clinic Prof. this morning. :-[
I'm going to start on a Cpap machine once it's been ordered.
Heaven is a very high standard to set, but if it makes that much difference, I'm glad I said I'd give it ago! :y
