Lakes Meet: 1 week to go!

As per the title... Just one more week to go! :y :y :y

Just a thought... Is the site still OK with all the bad weather? :-\ :-\ The forecast doesn't look great for next weekend either :(

We're travelling up to mu Mum's place on the Thursday night so we can get over there at a sensible time on the Friday. Kills 2 birds with 1 stone too as we haven't seen her for a while :y

What's happening about the canopies? Are we not bothering? Or do we need to arrange collecting them from the current keepers? I could probably pick up the one from MDTM on my way up on Thursday and drop it back to him on Monday when I come back (as I'll be stopping there to drop off something else anyway) :-\

Regards to the Canopies... Mike Dundee mentioned to me a week ago he was going to get in touch with Paul Lovelength who passes Mike's to see if he could collect it from him.
I will speak to Mike later and report back :y

To try and help I've also got about 15 "Tiki Torches" that take oil. I've got 3L of citronella oil and did ask on another thread if others could try to get some too :y

Hope you all have a fantastic time :y

Work is looking bleak this weekend, currently running at 50ppm :'( I've got a two day commitment mid week, so was counting on this weekend to cover the fuel/food/drink bill for next weekend.  >:(

Will hopefully see you all at Newent, if not before :y

Looks like I'm going to have to stay off the juice  :'(

Not that thats a problem, I can enjoy myself just as much without, and make far less of an arse of myself ;D
