I'm going to have to travel light this weekend, for a variety of reasons, which means I won't have cookers/saucepans/tables/windbreaks etc.  Not entirely sure who is and isn't going, but I know its normally tradition for a few of us to join up and cook a communial breakkie. I won't be able to partake in that, sorry.

Going by the rather horrific forecast for tomorrow/fri, getting past Birmingham by 10 am might pay. Amber warnings in place for midlands/nort west. :(

Thats why i've decided to give it a miss :( Pishing down Friday and Saturday and raining on Sunday

ditto me doggy and wifey after buying all the tent etc work comitments are too important at the moment with future works in the offering etc

on a plus note definatley got to make it to Newent in a tent with wifey and doggy and an omega and beer. Even if we only get down for a night we are going

I'm still planning on going .. car is 90% packed ... if it is TOO wet I'll sleep in the car as the cheapy (and rather old) tent won't handle a downpour.

Collecting some real beer first thing in the morning and a decent bottle of scotch packed .... hopefully I won't be drinking it all alone ???

If the weather gets really bad there is (I think) a static available ;)

You've got to come anyway... I've got both event shelters (thanks to both Mrs DTM for answering the door at half 9 and especially to Bigboykarl for collecting from Peckham and waiting for us in a layby!) which we will try to put up tomorrow afternoon. Don't forget the bumper ;)

Oh, and Cakey has made the brownies!

Sorry we will be missing it, but 2 hours travel, followed by camping is more than Lauras back can stand at the moment.  Plus got to keep Harry healthy for his OP this week, and getting him soaked is prob not the best idea.
