Finally...
« on: 20 July 2012, 19:00:18 »

...managed to cut the blasted flaming sodding poxy grass!

How long as that been?

I had a go about 3 weeks ago and had to abandon the job half way through, I got absolutely soaked!

And I've started a trend, there must be at least four lawn mowers in ear shot now. They're all at it. And all petrol! Non of this gay Electric crap. :)

Well, without faffing about with petrol I'd have no inclination to cut the grass at all.

Green fingered, me. I do 2 types of horticulture. 4 stroke and 2 stroke. ;D

.. and looking outside (as much as I can through the window that's 3/4s covered in foliage) it's going to be 2 stroke gardening this weekend. Ying..ning..ning :D

Cut the grass on Sunday as that was our first fine day for 4 weeks.  >:( Petrol mower struggled a bit on my back lawn where the grass was so long, so had a well exercised right arm restarting it where it kept getting clogged with grass.  >:(

Front was easier as it grows more slowly where the lawn is shaded by two big oak trees.

Why would anyone want to faff with leccy mowers.  I see my neighbour go out and start cutting his, so I start mine, and finish front and back while he's still pissing around at the front

Petrol power not only much faster, it also doesn't add your record with electrical appliances.  ;) :P ;D
