Pete brought his sisters Corsa round for a code read last night...

Symptoms, running poorly, no power.

Only code was :
P0130 - O2 Sensor Circuit Voltage Low
 (02)

which was cleared, and returned bringing on the EML again on a drive

Gets interesting at line 277, (time 90.75) where we go open loop, fuel tank vent goes high, and the 02 sensor values plummet.

The vehicle speed pulse measurements look a little strange too 

Any more knowledgeable types care to have a look,  Kevin, you like this sort of thing 

Its been in a garage, who have replaced the O2 sensor....with an aftermarket one.

Thoughts so far are,
fuel filter blocked?
Cat blocked?
2 broken O2 sensors?
maybe even crank sensor?

1, did this come on gradually, or in one hit?
2, how is its fuel consumption?
3, hows the exhaust looking?  sooty / clean?

Leak in the fuel tank vent pipework / carbon canister?

I've not really had chance to look at it as its always in use. I drove it to james house and the symptoms are, if you press the accelerator pedal to hard you get lots of induction noise but the car just bogs down and the engine management light comes on, you have to lift your foot off and start again but press the pedal slowly, not the best when your trying to pull out at a junction. Sis says its even worse when the car is cold first thing in the morning.

Had a similar problems back when I had my Corsa, TPS is a popular suspect on these cars and can cause an array of problems, its the same sensor as on the Omega I believe so could be an easy test to check this.

May be worth checking maf sensor voltages as well.

Symptoms are very MAF sensor esq, would be interesting to see live data for this when the fault is occuring.

I *Think* we ran it without the MAF with no difference.

I also gather the CAT has been proved 'unblocked' as well now.

The desired idle air and actual idle air are VERY different, any airleaks, split inlet pipe, cracked plastic inlet manifold?

EGR partialy open?

For me, the MAF is either under reading (hugely) or there is an air leak

And for info, the MAF disconnect does not work on all injection systems
