I had red grape juice and decaf coffee with it.

I was going to cut the grass today but very heavy rain showers and thunderstorms have put paid to that. 

Everyday is a working day at the moment, where I have had a new business project in development on and off around paid work for the last 8 months and the first phase is almost finished. 

Neighbours around me are very good, so I have no problems with parties, so those of you who were disturbed last night, by these selfish people, have my sympathies.

Up at 0630 (as always) porridge - made with water - sprinkling of cinnamon and green tea to accompany.  This is my every day breakfast.

Round to the wife's sisters house at 0815 to do the hedges as her husband can't (has had surgery for a cancerous tumour found in intercostal tissue on the upper right quadrant of his back - the end result was several ribs removed and mesh scaffolding installed to hold everything together).

Unsurprisingly he really isn't fit enough to do very much - not that he ever did, always being a bit of a lazy bastid where his (extensive) garden was concerned.  So Uncle Denny has to weigh in once a fortnight to look after 2 acres of garden.

Today after doing about 400 metres (approx) of blackthorn hedge (around 200 per side) topped to 2.5 metres I’m back home sitting with a cold Beck’s thinking of anything but hedges.

I reckon a full grease/fat infusion would have settled my stomach nicely, but reality was I could barely face toast

started about 5.0 am coffee at comp to do some estimates fell asleep

dog woke me at 5.30 for a piss and went outside to check my fish, microwaved cold coffee back to comp fell asleep

woke by wifey 6.30 am another coffee.fell asleep

woke by wifey before she went to work 8.30 kiss and managed a little grop of buttock 
and actually stayed awake and did some woke together with a bowl of cornflakes

11.00 bored with work watched recordings of BSB brandshatch fell asleep after 1st race woke up at 2.00 watched 2nd race come on shackey
