Went to see Jim Davidson last night

Laugh i nearly had to leave early due to belly ache ;D ;D

Saw him live at Glasgow Pavillion - yes i know he may not be everyones cup of politically correct tea but hey ho... ::)

Has anyone else been to see any live acts that are recommended......this has whetted my appetite for comedy.

Also love Peter Kay and Bill Bailey

I went to see Jim Davidson a couple of times many years ago when he first became famous. I think he was even funnier then because there was none of this PC nonsense around, so he could still do characters like Chalky - bloody hilarious ;D

I took my youngest son to the Comedy Store in London for his 18th birthday earlier this year which featured Paul Merton and the Comedy Store resident comedians. One of the best and funniest shows I've seen for ages, especially when everyone starts getting pissed - including the comedians :y ;D
I know London's probably too far away for you guys in Scotland although I'm pretty sure there's a comedy Store in Manchester which isn't quite so far.

Bob - i can confirm Jim still does not conform to policical correctness - no chalky last night but not many people avoided Jims wrath but i wont go into that. Its also funny to look around and see a whole auditorium killing themselves with mirth  ;D

As for comedy store i reckon theres one in Glasgow......or maybe its a jongleurs  :-/ maybe worth a night out there then  :y

Seen Chubby Brown a few times & met him a few weeks ago in The Jubilee pub in Yarm.

The only problem with drinking is at some stage you will have to get up to syphon the python and you know the comedian will rip into you ;D

Kevin Bloody Wilson seen him twice at Bolton Albert Hall on his last 2 tours and like his mate Nigel he's a f**kin legend.  ;D
