A word or warning if considering 19" snowflakes to an Omega...  They are incredibly fragile and prone to cracking.  And this to the weight of an Omega, and you'll knackered if you come anywhere near a pot hole!  :-\

Also bare this in mind if buying a 2nd hand set of snowflakes.  There is a very good chance that at least one of the will have been repaired at some point.   ;)

That's my car with the snowflakes on, As much as they look amazing on the Omega, they do crack very easy, I took mine off after I had used 7 wheels. I had 4 crack repairs done and only one actually lasted more than a month. Cost me £2000 for a year with rubber, repairs and second hand replacements. But it did get a lot of attention, not as much as it did from the missus when she saw the bank statement! Just run my standard facelift 17" with 235/45/17 eagle F1's.
Must stress you need to really run 225 not 235 one front and have eibach hub-centric spacers on the rear (rocking horse shit now) but I have a brand new set spare if you want them  ;)
