I can't understand how any parent can kill their own flesh and blood. Particularly for honour reasons. 

I guess they don't put much value on life? 

Justice has been done for the poor girl, although whether two life sentences (which maybe as short as 7 years) balances up for the death of a young woman in such circumstances is open to debate.

I tend to agree with Cleggy.Anyone wanting to come here should abide by our rules/laws or go home.In this particular case my first thought on hearing the news was,stuff a plastic bag down their throats[as apparently that's what they did]and see how they go!

The irony is that type of retribution/punishment is more or less the Sharia law way............just saying

Which is exactly what they struggle to do. They want the money, the lifestyle, the education, but not the culture. Deportation post serving of the sentence is the way forward.

I cant understand too Rods   and I'm living in those events  daily for nearly half a century.. nothing has changed in all those years..
and what makes me more upset, politicians support religious behaviours whole of the world just for a few more votes or some other interests.. And those primitives dont hesitate even for a second for their own childs life..

The only connection to religion is that they are Muslim, nowhere in the Quoran does it state the subjugation of women is part of the religion. They use religion as an excuse for their barbaric customs, remember they are still in the middle ages. The wearing of the Burka, forced marriages to cousins, women being stoned for commiting adultery not the men ETC ETC.

We let them live here, to continue these practices, along with Africans who carry out removal of female genitalia, makes me sick.

I have said it before, and I'll say it again 'You are welcome to live in OUR country but please conform to our customs, society and speak our language do not bring your customs which offend our moral standards to this land, if you don't like it then Freak Off.
