Nothing with the seats. Heaters still work, and driver`s seat memory function will work with an easy wiring mod :y

Are you aware the late facelift cars have active head restraints?

Dunno if it's an issue or not...

Not true...
I've had three facelift Omegas and only the '02' has active head restraints.

I am afraid you are incorrect. Active Head Restraints were a new feature on Omegas (and Vectras/Astras etc) from MY2000 onwards. Which means any facelift Omega. Assuming nobody has been retarded enough to fit a PFL seat.

O.k. it's just that I sold a set of seats from a 2001 (Y reg) Mv6 and they didn't have the word 'active' stamped into the headrest mounting tubes whereas my 2002 Mv6 does...

Excuse my ignorance, what exactly are active head restraints?

If you`re rear-ended they move forward and upward cushioning your head to lessen any whiplash

auto-data is as much use as a used condom smeared in dogshit ;)

With that sorted, its not the head restraint that has teh mechanism, its the part of the seat that the headrestraint slides in to.
