What's the rough speeds an Omega 3.0/3.2 Auto would do in each individual gear anyone know?

Have a look here, standard 3.0 3.2 Autos will be the Auto 3.9 Diff Table.

Roughly,

50mph in first,
85mph in second
128mph in third and then on to whatever it will do.  :y

I'd send you the video Del but I might get in to trouble.  ;) ;) ;D ;D
My fun car is a 2020 Bmw F32 430d M Sport with indicators.
My cruiser is an Audi A6 Avant S Line Black Edition with indicators.

Pretty much as yz250 says.  I get about 46 in 1st, 88 in 2nd, just shy of 130 in 3rd.  Same in both my 3.0 and 3.2.

Surely TB your car will not last long doing that sort of speed in it

Not do the auto box any good either.

The 3.0l is on 189k, so not doing too bad ;). Original engine and original autobox, although the heads were changed due to a HGF, and to keep 'off the road' time short, pre cleaned 2nd hand heads were fitted.
