reported ex for benefit fraud,eldest daughter is now over 18 and has left her mothers home,ex is still claiming for her saying she is still at home,and god know what else shes claiming including my csa money,just have to wait and see what happens now  ;)

good luck but dont get your hopes up
i pay csa to a 17 year old with a kid whos ment to go to college full time but dosnt,ment to live at home but dosnt but cause the boxs are ticked on the forms no ones intrested.

Student, maybe?
Yip can claim until they reach 21 as longs the child is in full time education
