I don't get a sense of pride. As TB says that's not to say I don't enjoy driving the old girl. I'd love a Jag XF but can't afford one :(

I like it much more than the 525 I had a while back, which struggled to acheive all of that and annoyed me due to some deep seated design flaws.

I loved my 24v E34 525, the most bangerous of all the cars I've owned (put it this way, using man maths it only cost me about £80). Only got rid cos it was taking up space that wasn't mine...

Actually on the pride thing I'd have to say no, as well - no pride, it's an 11 year old (rusty) barge and I have no delusions of grandeur, but I do enjoy driving it :)

I had to quickly wash off the boot marks from the Silver Bullet before chrisgixer popped over last Sunday, as that would have been embarrassing ::) ;D

no matter what state it's in or what's falling off :)

drove from oxford to chorley had coffee an ciggie then drove home again(brought niece home) did it overnight only stop was at chorley for 15min-when home felt like I drove 5miles-dont get that in many cars

Only thing this car needs is lpg or a desmond dropping in it  ::) other than that im quite happy with it  :)
