Another 10 miles sat on a razor blade

Ah well, here we go again, another 10 miles sat on a razor blade thinly disguised as a bike seat and all in the name of keeping fit :(

Decent saddle is key, quite impressed with standard one on my new Specialised. Don't forget a water bottle  :y

I had same problem last time I rode a bicycle-- ended up getting a nice wide one with springs
( from Belgium- I was using it there anyway-- then brought it home on plane ( tyres let down, wheels off etc. -was never the same afterwards(the bike that is!)))
But its easier if they have an engine - (I like something throbbing away between my legs - was red at one time - then changed to black)

Get some cycling sorts with a chamois leather insert, it will make things much more comfortable.
