Oh dear. Guessing it was an auto as it was creeping. In fairness, the foot brake on an auto is only about a foot wide so easy mistake to make.  ::)

We saw an old lady bounce off a Land Rover Freelander and wrap her car round a tree in a garden centre car park yesterday. She was badly shaken so they took her off in an Ambulance.  :-\

Stop Press! MP found to be incompetent in even the most simple practical task. ::)

What's the betting they don't find anything wrong with the car until presented with some brown paper envelopes?

Shame. Seems better qualified for transport - forcing everyone onto buses that smell of pee while swanning around in a great big merc. ::)

Ahh. MP for Banbury, you say?.. Off you go, TheBoy... :D

I would guess its an auto and he stamped on the loud pedal instead of the brake pedal, and then panicked.

Had he been a two'footer' the problem would not have arisen. :-[ :-*
