Is it just me.. the car didn't hit the cyclist, everyone avoided each other (in the end), nobody was hurt..

..so the cyclist was justified in damaging someone else's property!?

Nope, don't understand.

Still, given where that looks like it was filmed (somewhere in the middle east I'm guessing, based on the way the kerbs are painted) .. they do have a reputation for being a little hot headed (and driving like nutters).
