Rear seat is PFL :-\ certainly not Elite wheels either :-\

I don't think they're PFL are they  ??? They just look really used. Defiantly not Elite wheels.

Rear seats aren`t heated either. Deffo not English spec Elite

There was a Spec in Opel called "Design Edition" with those wheels  :y

Front seats are actually green, rears black and the shape of the panels on the seat base give them away as PFL. So an Irmscher design edition without the kit and a replacement rear seat. Pics not great so can't really tell if the door cards match the seats or not...
