I know a Chap in Cheshunt (Herts) Sam, that uses a VW Transporter mainly for his own use, let me check with Him first though because last time we spoke he was having issues with the electric winch.

Is the Kent Mig drivable, ie, will it drive itself up the back of the Transporter.

Chris.

Try this:

www.anyvan.com

Ok, you have to register - but its a reverse auction site ...........

You say what you want a price for, i.e. collecting a non-runner from postcode a and taking to postcode b.

Then just sit back and watch the offers coming in. Seems to work out at about £1 a mile for collecting on a flatbed, with insurance and conforming to VOSA regs.

I put up a job earlier today. The first offer came in @ £120, and they have been coming in all afternoon - down to £102 now. No VAT payable.
