My first Omega, a 1996 PFL 2.0 GLS estate, had the fold flat passenger seat function...  :-\

My 98 CD had it too :y Funny enough that was one of the first things I noticed missing when I got the Elite, rather than what extras I had gained :-\

Of the three I've owned,  only the first ex plod had a fold flat pax seat. The CD had leather, and current ex plod might have had it, but not sure as seats weren't in it long enough for me to notice ::)
