Seems obvious to me ...

The poor lady, whilst taking succour and support to the hardworking menfolk in her life, had the misfortune to slip and stumble over a mislaid object, such that she then had to perform a "triple salko" in order not to injure herself. In the process she inadvertently dropped the tray, so causing damage to the silver napkin rings provided so her menfolk could eat in a genteel fashion. There has since been a concerted effort, involving the use of mildly abrasive polishing agents,  to return said napkin rings to their previous pristine condition.......

I've always said that Mr DTM is a really nice man.  And that has nothing to do with the fact I am using and abusing him this weekend. Honest. ::)
