Hi, just let you all know had meeting with barrister, sending letter, 7days to remove, if not WE CAN REMOVE IT! if we dont feel confident we have court papers all prepared, and he is putting it in as urgent because it has gone on to long and he actually came to see it and said this is as clear as a pike! what ever that means!we have a brilliant builder who we have told what is happening he is building our wall at the front of the house, the weather has stopped him anyway with horrible rain, so one way or another it will be sorted. hopefully soon.
