My wife's 8520 has had this error all day, and despite removing the battery, sim etc I can't clear it. Tried to phone the provider a few times but apparently there's a new iPhone out which is causing all the lines to be busy!!??
Anyway, my son had mentioned there was a problem with BB itself and I was wondering if anyone had heard similar?

There were a few problems last week but i thought they had been resolved? Have to say havent noticed any BB problems today.

That actually sounds like either a SIM fault or a Provider fault.  Means you need the helldesk, sorry  .

Cheers TB. It's been halfway out the door several times 
Unfortunately it's still in contract til April, at which point there will be some changes.

Just got it sorted tonight, and indeed it was a sim issue. The shop gave us a new card and once authorised, all is again well. For the time being anyway ........
