Reshaping of Mrs AA's Astra

A Ring & Ride bus tried to remove the offside of Mrs AA's Astra yesterday, whilst she was parked outside her brothers house.

Fortunately, there were some builders working on a house opposite who witnesed it and took all the details off the driver.

Should be a straightforward claim.

Hope they fix it, cars get written off for such little damage  :(

Yes, the bus driver left details.

Hope it doesn't get written off, it's a 2006 car with 11K on the clock.

Sorry to hear AA, does sound fixable tho  :y

My Trafic suffered a similar fate last sat evening.....

A learner diver decided they wanted to be in the lane i was in....

Result....dented front nearside wing/scraped pass door (lost trim)/scraped B pillar (lost trim)/scraped rear door/scraped rear wing.

Its already been into a bodyshop for a quote........im just waiting for a replacement Trafic to be provided by the other persons insurance before it goes in for repair  :y

Unfortunately im starting a new contract on Monday (thats worth quite a bit) and not the ideal situation to turn up in what looks like a crashed vehicle  :(

At the end of the day, its your wifes car and IF it is beyond economical repair buy it back off the insurance company and fix it yourself  ;)
