after speaking with an officer of Thames Valley the other day only certain officers can take the money. I think i read some where that portugal have chip and pin machines in some of there police cars is that our next step?

Sadly, probably inevitable given the number of drivers with foreign or false plates who just disappear into the woodwork after giving false details.

Good, a hands on approach. Rather than, as Kev often says, a load more laws law obiding people have to follow, and law brakers continue to ignore anyway.
