just push ahead with court proceedings as planned.  If she cannot arrange and organise herself tough.  After all she could manage to get the builders in

do you mean people in our street?we tend to keep out the way, and say nothing, our other neighbour enquired what was happening, we just said its getting sorted. the bitches partner has a lot of family who come from where we live, and live just down the road, his friend pulled up yesterday, never seen me at the window, looked up at it and started laughing, my blood boils. got to get her legally

I'm sure you'll win in the end, then not only will you have taught her a lesson on the legalities of her previous actions but also how to behave properly and with dignity. You and your good lady can hold your heads high that however tempting it may have been to do otherwise you have stayed on the right side of law and order despite all her provocations to do otherwise. The very best of luck to you.

I hope you are right, that we win, if not we will look a pair of pillocks! and then our build stops altogether. If this other solicitor she is supposed to be seeing, at what we think another free consultation, our solicitor has told me, is she expecting to hear a different answer from the other one she seen back in april, that she has tresspassed and will lose?and  he has told me that she is running out of places to hide, and wont, and cant wriggle out of it for much longer, the top and bottom of it all is that they now realise that it is a complicated job to remove it without taking half the roof off! moral of it all is she never thought it threw, and didnt think we would kick off when we spotted it, and hoped we were moving, but the problem would have still been their if the new people wanted to extend, thats why we couldnt sell our house, they could see the problem, it like a canopy, big like her head! >:(

5th was her deadline, friday, heard someone on our scaffolding, and bit of noise, me and the wife kept out the way, as we said they could use it to help remove all tresspass. coast clear had to have a look, went up ladders to investigate, as you know we cant see as we have it closed in now and its right up to the witches gutter box. well they have removed some roof tiles next to the nasty guttering but thats it! she is going to take her bloody time with this, as she now knows its not a simple job. wish she just get proper outfit in to do it, she has her partners family mucking around with it, best of it is he put the shit on with his workmate, who may i add work for a well known plastics and roofing outfit round here! >:(

Thats pretty much an admission of guilt......good result.

Now, was the solicitor who issued the letter sensible enough to state when work must be completed by?

we laughing now! we going for a meal tonight and a couple of drinks, it will take alot for me to forgive her, wont be going round for a cup  of tea, pity it took her this long to realise we wont give up, she also wont be well liked, as everyone does know what situation we were in when she plotted it. never mind worse things happen, makes our situation not that important when you think about that poor little girl, april, and what her parents must be going threw. :'(
