Need a new card reader
« on: 06 October 2012, 21:53:38 »

The usual SD/Compact Flash etc, internal, 3.5" width BUT only half the height of a normal 3.5" device.

Anyone got anything?

Sorry, I can normally find most PC components, but I've drawn a blank on this one, so far.  :-[

The one I use fits into a floppy bay and I have another that is USB and reads most things. I have a few USB card readers and might be able to give you one if you are lucky and they read your cards cos they are just mounting up.
PM me with the cards you want to read and I will be able to tell you the one I use for them or send you one.

Zirk/Bionic - thanks, but think you're missing the point. Its for internal mounting, and must be the size specified to fit mounting bracket...

Gotcha, so normally a 3.5 bay is 4" x 1" from memory, so your after a 4" x 1/2" Media reader?
