It's a big powerful machine........and you're not a young man any more. I'm guessing you also have problems with your joints.

So....................26 miles. :)

Voted under 1k knowing that it hasn't really moved this year but it did have several trips out with Tunnie. Work on the theory a reasonable ride out is about 100 miles should put it over 500 :-\

That said, I'm wondering if it might be the next band up :-\

Er, well, actually no, not really. It's got the same power my old zx6 f2 had back in...what... 1996? Although all things are relative :)

It does need attention in places. Mr TB needs to decide its value. Be that either financial, sentimental or giving himself the best chance to stay alive on it by keeping it tip top. There's nothing worse than riding a bike knowing it has faults. (although that's better than not knowing)

Sadly I'm tied up for almost 3 weeks, or we could sort the little blighter out. It's all fixable and normal wear and tear.

125 BHP....I think. The same as my FJ1200 but without the torque. :y

Still pretty healthy for something that weighs less than 250KG....(Without TB sitting on it, obviously  ::) ::) ;))

wasn't that the full power version though? Was it Europe or the uk that got restricted carb tops? Or was that the zzr1100?

I bet a portion of those horse powers have leeked out by now though. Plus, as you say, add in Mr Pasty himself...  :-X

Yep, Chris. Early ZZR1100's had 147 BHP once uncorked. As you rightly say the restrictions were in the carb tops. I dread to think what the combined weight of a fully fuelled ZX10 with TB aboard comes to. Do numbers go that high?. :D :D ;)
