v6 facelift steering problem
« on: 07 October 2012, 21:39:08 »

hi all , this weekend had a chance to look over the steering problem ...notchy steering , felt lose , just not right , had a good look under neath and found centre steering link ball joints knocking and plenty of movement , also n/s idler arm bush worn , so going to order bits tomorrow and sort it . , also going to change exhaust as its looking a tad rusty at the joints . not bad for a 12 year old motor with 188000 and still going strong , no oil leaks not burning oil, and still goes like a rocket when needed ,  :y
