New washer bottle now in place and all working ( I put the relay in temporarily to test it ) the hardest bit was removing the the air intake pipe and even harder putting it back, I had to remove offside headlight to get access to the bottom screw of air intake. now just waiting for my bumper to be finished (never should have said no rush) been promised end of the week,you know what they say "live in hope die in despair"

Just another out of interest, I notice the well know auction site sell the washer bottles with comments like 6.3 litre for headlight washer, my GLS has that bottle fitted with blanking plugs for the headlight pump and what I assume is the level indicator which would not be on a GLS, or is that bottle the standard size.?

Finally the bumper sprayed and on the car and the washers work brilliantly thanks for all the help

It turned out to be an easy upgrade in the end with the help from yourself and pictures from Rob thanks guys much appreciated
