Not nice people
« on: 17 October 2012, 21:46:46 »

There was an in-depth interview with Nigel Farge on the RT channel "Capital Account" program which can be viewed on the RT website using the link below. It is well worth viewing Nigel Farge and UKIP get much more air time on US TV and has a massive following there. He says that Americans are shocked when he explains that 75% of UK laws are from the EU and are forced upon us by people we cannot vote for.

http://rt.com/programs/capital-account/nigel-farage-ukip-us/

But the three most interesting points were:

1. There is a growing and accelerating gap between Germany and France economically in the Eurozone, which is going to end in tears for France.

2. With Merkel, Barosso, Van Rumpuy and the EU commission "the project" is the most important thing and getting to the end game of the EU ruling Europe. The problems with the PIIGS economies and the population suffering with business bankruptcies and unemployment are incidental and they don't care.

3. He was asked after a parliamentary heated debate that often government MPs will then have a beer with the opposition. Does he go for a beer with Van Rumpuy, Barosso or any EU commissioners, he said no and he wouldn't want to as they are: "Bad people and also very dangerous people, who want to squash democracies to make their European superstate".

Well worth watching. Don't expect to find any interviews on Nigel Farge or UKIP on the BBC and it would probably affect the millions of pounds they get in EU grants.  >:( >:( >:(

Despite the obvious pitfalls with the Euro, if I was a betting man I would lay a wager on :

Britain being in the Euro within five years.

I am assuming that the euro survives the next 18 months (personally I think Greece and Spain(and maybe Italy) )will leave the Euro bvefore then. I am assuming that whatever our two mainstream parties say they will keep going along with the unelected folk in Brussels and little by little keep signing away our - well everything.

Yes, indeed, Rods. :y

See today's news:

European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso warned on Wednesday that a lack of convergence towards a closer union was "nourishing populist debates ultimately to put an end to this project"

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-19984327

OED definition of a populist: "a member or adherent of a political party seeking to represent the interests of ordinary people."

By extrapolation Barroso is saying "we can't have ordinary people endangering the plans of the elite".

Dangerous? Yes, most certainly so.  >:( >:(

You forget to mention that RT is Russia Today. Not exactly a reliable source.

Bigger view is that France and Germany both believe that they should be the rulers of the EU (united my a*se) and dictate every possible item.
Some things never change, the most arrogant I can recall was when France tried to change the internet language to French despite its founder not being of that race! Pure arrogance  :D

It was a direct interview, not a third-party report (which all media outlets tend to spin to meet their agenda..and that most certainly includes the BBC).

Addressing the German parliament in Berlin on Thursday morning, Mrs Merkel said the EU should have "real rights to intervene in national budgets" that breached the limits of the EU's growth and stability pact.

The EU's economics commissioner, she suggested, should have the authority to send a budget back to a national parliament.

The end of national sovereignty is nigh. However, as it has no impact on the transmission of X Factor, the majority won't notice - or care.  >:( >:( >:( >:( ::)

Spot on. This weeks useless EU conference is discussing banking reforms- it won't actually agree anything  The focus is on relentlessly moving towards a united states of Europe. Like I said earlier, if the euro survives the next 18 months , Britain will be in the euro within five years despite what any of our politicians tell us now.
