Still plenty of fuel in the midlands, but the prices are creeping up again. Shell where I usually fill up has gone from £1.05 up to £1.08 overnight.
Somebody's earning out of this lot... Not the motorist that's for sure!

Just been to fill up at the usual Shell garage which entails passing a Jet station and an Esso, on my return journey both of them had put the price up 2p!

 :o Yikes!  :o

I fear that I might have made a massive miscalculation; I`ve only got about 10 litres left in my tank.....`never thought the media`s usual 'talking-up' of stories would actually cause shortages!  :'(

Put a post on last night. As I was desperate for fuel last night put £20=00 in to get me home at a Shell station on A22 and paid £1=10.9.Drove past the same petrol station on way home tonight and same fuel has now gone up to £1=12.9.Clackett Lane on M25 unleaded was £1=13.9,so wonder how long before it gets to £1=20 ??
