Car insurance..............Up or down?

The insurance for my MV6 dropped from £255 to £196 this year, and I believe that quite a few members are paying less to insure their cars than the previous year. Good news.


However, I think that Qwik Fit insurance are taking the piss. Mrs Opti's 1.2 Corsa ( with 4 years NCB) has risen from £202 to £308, a rise of 52% :o :o :o :o :o >:(

Time to check out insurance costs in Meerkova, I think. :P :)

This insurance lark is a farce....
I just applied to my insurance company, been with them since the year dot.. for a one day cover to dispense of my Laguna....£40 >:( >:( >:( >:(

Went online, got 24hr comprehensive....£18 :y

Saga must hate me....they quoted £440..fully comp......cheapest for the fourth year running.....churchill at £258...so will be staying with churchill again. :y

up always goes up, bloody extortion. The only figure that comes down is the amount they will pay out if there is a claim  >:( >:( >:(

Makes sense to a degree,as I believe the EU has just outlawed giving cheaper insurance on the basis of gender. ;)

I really fell out with the salesperson from kwikfit. I ended up saying "If getting a tyre fitted means a call from you every time, I'll effing go to Charlie Browns".
She hung up on me and hasn't called back.

Just about coming up to that point in a week or so, so time left..... :y  Gonna be trouble though as Miss Vamps thinks that she is getting it cos she is the child, nonsense, I can still be childish, to which swmbo agreed :o............ :D :D :D
