The mrs has had the OFSTED inspectors in for the last two days. They came out 'Good with outstanding features'. Unless you are in education, you probably don't realise what a huge relief this is

Good stuff Ste I had the health version , the CQC drop on my service for a surprise inspection last week, passed with flying colours and a few models of good practice  doesn't half put you under pressure though

apparantley they can now only mark schools/child minders as that now...so under old rules you could be outstanding but because govey said it was wrong to mark anyone outstanding as there is always room too improve...what a load of old cobblers
