Blimey....sat through a 3 hour Health & Safety meeting today ready for the Canada trip, i got risk assessments, safe working practices, method statements coming out of my ears..i have been sat down for the past week writing nothing but all the above, done approx 40 of each, i now have to sort out a site working permit system ready for next week........ :'(

I hope you did a risk assessment on sitting down so long writing up risk assessments, so that you took the right amount of comfort breaks, did not sit in front of the PC screen too long, and had your chair at exactly the right height! :y :y :y :y
