I've been to see a dark met green S reg 3.0 est advertised as a MV6 but it's badged up as an Elite so which one will it be ?

Sitting on the prop shaft tunnel at the back seats is what looks like a factory fitted DVD/CD player covered in the same carpet as the floor but I couldn't see anywhere to plug screens etc in to it so any clues ?

On the front passenger side of the center console by the hand brake there is again what looks like a factory fitted black switch which works & feels like a volume knob ?

And finally how can I check the MOT history on the car.

Hi Ken,

That's where the factory fitted Carin satnav was fitted on MFL estates. The CD drive unit moved upto the roof lining inside the tailgate for '99 MY IIRC.

The control you saw was the rotary/press one which operated the satnav - there would have been a small LCD screen to the left of the radio as well.
