afaik the people who run it do so on a voluntary basis,so do it in their spare time between job,working on cars,drinking beer.family life etc; so bearing that in mind i personally have no complaints tbh.i am also used to it the way it is and imo its ok as it is.but we are all a bit different i suppose

maybe a sticky for newbies suggesting them to use google search, instead of having the same topic repeated every so often.
