mot today
« on: 07 November 2012, 20:45:50 »

i always stick the mig in for its mot a month early. a mate who has a small garage take it for me cos if it fails & the work can be done, he will do it & retest same day. the last time it failed it was a complete rear brake overall, including h/brake cable (3yrs ago) . today he took it at 11am & it returned at 4pm. it had failed on 2 brake pipes, h/light bulb. he also did an oil change (i already had oil & filter in the boot.) total bill was £108. he always gives me the receipts and puts old bits in a bag. so now mot,d until 6/12/13.  very happy chappie :y

Good News  :y

Got the V6 booked in for next friday, suppose I better wash the cobwebs off it and use it for a few days to clean the brake discs!  ::)
