Just a thought about the post counts would it not be an idea for the lady members when they reach knight and baron to be say dame or princess?

Discussed before when Debs became a knight.  SOftware doesn't distinguish sex, though could probably be modified. Trouble with modifying the core code, is everytime the developers release a new version, it breaks our modifications.
