no offense for anyone but as Lizzie also knows , who wrote the history in middle east by drawing the lines of borders by a ruler ?

Yep, the Otterman's!  Known as The Golden Crescent I have just remembered from past University lectures. ;)

Then the British Empire intervened ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

Lizzie, when Ottomans  invade whole area there were no borders ::) ;D

How true Cem! :y :y :y

A good war would, of course, sort out a lot of the worlds problems.

Not taking sides Johnny :y

As far as I am concerned, they can all blow each other to bits !!!!!!! Each is as bad as the other :y

Did not start this post as an extension of the other thread. ;)
It was purely as an observation as to general reporting by the media :y
I don't give a toss about the why's and wherefore's of the conflict.....just on how it seemed onesided reporting from all media !!!!!!!
As I previously stated, they are both as bad as each other !!!!!!

You're right terbert  :y to know the truth you must know all the views. From media we can see Israel's view only with which I'm totally fed up   :y

isnt it funny that all the news latley has been about sirya and israel hasent been mentiond for a wile so they creat a incedent that puts israel back in the news all just jelousey because nobody is taking any notice of them also there is political problems at home so what a better way to move there public awareness from problems in there goverment than to start a war with there old enemy
[sorry cant spell]

Spot on.

That is where we are headed. It will solve the USA fiscal cliff, EU eurozone issues, Israel maybe, and the Iran problem. We will all go through a period of adjustment (poverty) and the banks will emerge stronger (hurrah) and all will be declared good (well for another fifty years). I will be dead by then so won't give a damn.

Definitely time for another war or 20. The UK still has 20 countries left to invade to complete the global set. We wouldn't want the US to get there first.  :o :o :o :o

There was an interesting definition of 'invaded' in that article.

:( One day those neighbours of Israel idiots will go too far and Israel might (because they do have the capability) just go atomic. They will not be so happy or ready to fire rockets then at them.......
It was always said that the next world war would start in the middle east too......
Just a thought...even if its not a nice one.
