Reminds me of my younger days. The local park had a small aviary. One of the residents was a Minor bird that me and a friend taught to say f*ck off. You should have seen the expression on peoples faces when they said to the bird "give us a kiss" priceless!

 

What bird is easiest to teach to talk

Difficult to say mate....its a case of a lot of patience. Mynah birds talk well and have, can have, a large vocabluary, Parrots also. Budgies are probably bottom of the list for speed of learning.
As I first said....it takes a lot of time and patience, just repeating time after time after time. You know you are on the right track when someone says hello to you and you reply 'Pretty boy, pretty boy'

I know someone who dont stop talking that would keep it occupied    Ok to keep them in singles or do they need company
