You would still moan that it's too expensive & due to pot holes & vibration in road the picture degrades.  ::)

Then someone that works for Virgin, will offer to fix it for you. But you will just ignore them and continue to bitch how crap it is.

Just lately we are being contacted by everyone trying to give a better deal , seems something is stirring to make them do this ... its a cut throat business i guess . The cheapest wins but best idea is not to enter any fixed contract then you can switch to another better deal when not happy  :y

Bah...If one switched, one would have nothing to moan about. Or, if one did switch, one would undoubtedly find something else to moan about. In fact, if one had nothing at all to moan about, one would moan about having nothing at all to moan about.

Or, actually, if one left sky one would have nothing to poke Tunnie in the chest about. In fact, one wonders, if one has a sky contract.... at all! Else why wouldn't one accept help to sort it? Hmm? :)

OPs issue is his dish needs properly aligning. Seeing as Sky and Freesat are from the same satelite cluster, I can't see Freesat being any better (except cost, if you don't need the premium content of Sky)

I would never go back to BT , had bad dealings with them coupled together with being transferred to call operators who cant even talk proper English let alone understand it   :(

Not sure the alternatives are any better. If you're lucky enough to live in a VM area, they are well known for the way they treat customers. Any non VM company will use BT lines, and I can't think of many that have a reputation better than BT TBH.

I use BT for both physical lines here at home, and for one of the broadband lines. Zen Internet provide the other broadband.

Perhaps he thinks BT is a small start up company, that's smaller than Sky  ::)
