Dont give it away for any less than you want , people know they are getting a bargain ... hold on to it as long as you can . Its sad that breaking these cars has to be an option , in a similar position myself james :(

It depends how long you want to sit on the parts, how much storage you have and how many times you want to be messed about by people agreeing a deal and then not even have the decency to let you know they've changed their minds, believe it or not it happens a lot on here ::)

The fact the LPG is not certified will significantly reduce its value.

Agree entirely. Although - LPG overall doesn't really seem to help with car values anymore.. especially not Omega money..

It makes it more desirable. Thus makes it stand out more.

I would list is as a classified ad on ebay at £1,250 and see what offers you get.
I find autotrader very hit and miss, some vehicles sell within hours on there, but more often than not I get no response from there, so I would advise against the £48 for two weeks advert.
Using 'classified ad' you can list it for 28 days at £15.99 with no other fees. That's where I get most success.
If you want, you can leave the vehicle with me and I'd be happy to advertise and deal with the sale on your behalf...and if you try and pay me...there'll be a falling out  ;D

I don't think the situation re V5 helps either TBH James. I wouldn't even view a car without a V5 being available. IMHO of course.

Is it a 3.2 one? I think the injectors are different from 3.0? Not that I would be using petrol much, but nice to have correct one   :)  :y
