My mate has those hairy spiders, reptiles, snakes etc and tries repeatedly to get me to handle them :o

I have to say the very idea has my arse collapsing ::)

As a young person I had small lizards and always wanted a snake but wife would not allow it. Father had a I think Mexican red knee would that be what it is called ?
Now I hate spiders with a vengeance in the house, garden and garage but strangely when they get to that big they loose any fear for me. A case of the bigger the better.

Fathers lived for many years and he often had it out walking all over him and the furniture.  I did have to rescue it once when it walked over dads shoulder and down his back and then just stopped. Little beggar would not move from between his shoulder blades and I had to remove it.

Personally not for me,but could easily have another lizard any time.  :y

I've had one in my shed for the last couple of years.
I feed it the odd wasp or moth every couple of days.
It's reached a fair old size now.

Send it in a cement mixer. Wouldn't want it to "set" before it arrives. ;)
