It's probably a combination of the miserable weather, the unending bad news everywhere and a touch of the 'life is shite' syndrome Chris :'(
Take two aspirin and call me in the morning if no better! Oh, & just to help the feel good factor, this diagnosis is a freebie! ;D

Tired and uninterested ......... yep that just about sums it up.

I am looking forward to Xmas but Sheilagh my wife suffered a heart attack two weeks ago and it's all now just getting to me.
Both cars failing the NCT (mot) van needing work , too many jobs to finish for Xmas ,huge Vet bills ,dishwasher replacement ,140 mile round trip to hospital each day for 12 days , etc, etc........Just switched off.
She is now back home and thankfully recovering but I just want to shut the door and tell the world to ...well,   go away.

Anyway ,to every last one of you , consider the day and have a wonderful and happy Christmas.

I can understand you Olympia.. My wife also had an operation in summer and I was exhausted and divided in many pieces between home,  job and hospital.. Please tell her my best wishes..

I'm sorry to hear of your wifes attack Don but equally as pleased for both of you that she is on the 'up', as for everything else? it will get sorted over time and is unimportant in comparison. God Bless you both and here's to a Happy Christmas and better New Year :y

Sorry to hear of your troubles Don.Hope your wife is back to full health very soon. :y
Got a very similar situation here with family illness, many trips to hospital etc.one difference in the detail being that the washing machine died a fortnight ago and the replacement which was due to arive on Friday, didnt.
Well past disinterested tbh,and just wish the whole Christmas thing would go far far away.

Chris I have loads of issues on at present but I just keep on and deal with them and do not throw in the towel. You need a bit of space for yourself even an hour or so during he day to reflect. Easier said than done I know to be positive. Don't resort to more than a couple of drinks.

Agree with all that.
Some of my sh*t has been on here so I won't go into it again.
I sat down with the missus a few weeks ago and the subject of drink came up.
She asked me if I could remember the last time I went to bed without having a beer or three.
Scared the shite out of me when I reliesed that I hadn't had a day off the booze for years that I could remember  :-*
I don't drink much.  Maybe 2 or 3 cans a night but it was every night.
Decieded to stop drinking in the house there and then.
Must admit, after about 3 days of next to no sleep I sleep like a baby now and wake up feeling a hell of a lot better about life and to be honest i'm starting to get my head around a few problems that have been bugging me for as long as I can remember  :)

Wierd feeling really but a good one all the same  ;)

Just worked it out, you've been spending money on pressents and not on the car.  :-X
