The best cure is a some miles long running at evenings... ;) just slowly slowly no hurry and after achieveing you looking forward to fall into the bed.  ;)

Lets get the walking stage over first  ;D I walk to the car outside the front door then thats me knackered  :'(

I walk the dog he comes back knackered goes to sleep, i come back wide awake cos of the fresh air growl growl.  >:( >:( >:(

I'm really sorry guys if offended somebody just wrote my daily routine which seems works...half an hour running minimum five times per week. Not wild running just slowly as I wrote before. If you can't then 30 min fast walk also could help the most important to reach and hold the easy sweat status for some minutes! :)   Good night !  :)

cant even walk for 5 mins never mind 30 mins , so no chance for me mate  :y :y

I managed a walk around costco, and halfway around tesco before the pain was too much.

They supply those electric trollies at asda , ive never used them but would be an option if i had to go in . Although trying to steer through the crowds could get annoying  :-\
